- TO: POTENTIAL BIDDERS
- Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to Owner (City Clerk) for renovation of the McIntosh building located at 212 Mulberry Street before 4:00 pm local standard time on the 14th day of December, 2021, for:
- Project: McIntosh House Renovation. Work will include removal of remaining charred roof framing, installation of new roof framing and trim, renovation of 3rd floor framing. New roof systems include both adhered EPDM and asphalt shingles.
- Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting November 29, 2021, at 10:00 am on project site.
- Bid documents are available at no cost by going to: pickeringplanroom.com
- Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount.
- Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 002113 - Instructions to Bidders and Document 003100 - Available Project Information.
- Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided.
- Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "McIntosh Bid". Electronic bids will not be accepted.
- Successful bidder will be required to obtain and pay for a City Business License.
- Successful bidder will be required to obtain City building permit, but there will be no fee for permit.
- Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission.
- Bids will be publicly opened on December 14th at 7:00 pm during City Council Meeting.
- The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
