Powers And Duties: The Sanitary Board shall have the powers and perform the duties specified for municipal sanitary boards in W. Va. Code 16-13; such Board shall also have such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed for it by this code or other ordinance or resolution of the Common Council not inconsistent with state law.
