Sen. Joe Manchin announces $75M investment for Ravenswood Constellium

According to Sen. Joe Manchin the money being received by Constellium came as a result of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill and the Inflation Reduction Bill in order to put investments back into American manufacturing.
