Yoga in the Park

“Hello to my Jackson County Yoga Community! My name is Jewels Whitley and if you don’t know me … I am a 500 Certified Yoga instructor with many years of experience. I like to give to my Community during the summer months and Wednesday evenings Ravenswood Board of Parks & Recreation have blessed me to instruct yoga at the Washington’s Riverfront Park Stage. Join me each Wednesday evening throughout the entire summer from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. Each week I bring something different that is within my extensive training (Yin, Restorative, Gentle, sculpting, and more), the floor is always clean, you can drop your bags & mat off early to take a walk beforehand as we are there from 6:00 on. You will notice a basket on the stage for non-perishable food donations for our local Food Pantry. (always appreciated but never expected!) Hope to see you on the mat this summer!”  Great for all skill levels.
